 This program incorporates 21 sessions following the 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership by John C Maxwell. This is foundational coaching where we explore together each Law and we engage in deep conversations to uncover the ideal leadership behaviors to create influence and move yourself and your team to outperformance. Each individual is different, and I will incorporate different assessments and exercises during this program. 

 The Advanced Leadership Coaching Program is designed for senior leaders who are looking to move from a traditional leadership style to a transformational leadership practice. The length of this program is minimum 12 months.  Think about what do you want to be known for? We will explore the options to make it a reality. This program is virtual, and it may offer in person bonus sessions that you will be responsible for traveling to. Consider this an investment in your legacy.

The Successful and Happy Leader Coaching Program is tailored for senior leaders who are looking for fulfillment, for themselves and for their team. The length of this program is minimum 12, up to 24 months.  The program has three phases: Development, Strengthening and Momentum.
